Your membership matters! Being a PTA Member does not put you on a volunteer list. It simply makes you a proud member of Walker PTA. Your membership gives you the ability to vote at PTA Membership meetings as needed throughout the school year & your membership fee goes towards funding numerous things for our campus. Annual renewing is required.

WINTER GIVING
Something that sets Walker apart from the rest is our traditional season of giving we call Winter Giving. What is Winter Giving? We carefully select an organization to support and we collect donations for them leading up to our Winter Giving parties. At the parties we acknowledge and celebrate our efforts for spreading love and kindness.
This year we have once again partnered with The Warrior Mama Project to provide items for care packages for mamas who are in the treatment stage with their child. The founder of this amazing organization is a fellow Walker mom. Click on the link above to learn about her family's incredible journey. Each grade has been assigned an item to be added to each care package. Donations of new, unopened items will be accepted through December 15.
We also need help pulling off the most joyful whobilation of all! This year's Winter Giving Party theme is Whoville and, with your help, we plan to transform the school into a whimsical Walker Whoville. Take a look at the sign up HERE for ways to help!

LIGHTS! CAMERA! ACTION!
Registration for the annual Variety Show is now open. Dance, sing, blow our minds with magic - the possibilities are endless! This year we are excited to offer a daytime show on January 31st at 8:30 am as well as an evening show on February 1st at 5:30 pm. Participants are invited to perform at one or both and will be required to attend a mandatory dress rehearsal on either January 29th or 30th.
